TF2 Locked & Archived Bot request

Am I allowed to train my bot here? I'm trying to make a casual TF2 bot with no cheating intentions thats around the skill level of the average player.
Expectations:
Dominated by a portion of the server
Dominating a portion of the server
gives a challenge to some players WITHOUT hacks.

Our servers are for humans only and we don't allow bots of any kind, regardless of intent.

You could try training your bot on a private server or wait and see what skial will say.
