Q) Can I apply for tf2 mod?
A) As long as you have over 1000 hours in tf2 on steam and 18 years of age, you can try applying, its free.
Q) Why are sentries disabled on some servers? (Hightower, Doublecross, some 2forts)
A) The change was made in order to improve gameplay flow and prevent mega-camping.
Q) Why is the ping I see on the server browser different than the one in-game? Do you ping spoof?
A) No, the difference you see is a byproduct of our Anycast Network, it protects against DDoS attacks and helps improve player experience.
Q) I was banned for "Duplicate account", whats that?
A) You were banned because you matched the IP of a previously banned account, you can file an appeal here and your IP + Connection logs will be carefully looked into to verify whether the ban is legitimate.
Note: All our bans are both IP bans and steamID bans.
Q) Is there any way I can earn VIP besides paying?
A) Yes, if you are active on our discord, you can easily receive a few weeks of free VIP. Additionally, staff who are with us for over 6 months and leave on honorable terms are given permanent VIP.
Q) I'm interested in potentially applying for staff, how many hours a day am I expected to be in-game?
A) About 1 hour a day or 30 hours a month is enough. All our staff are adults with lives outsides of staffing, we only have so much free time to spend volunteering on tf2.
As long as you don't cause harm to the community, any and all help is appreciated.
Q) Do you have a list of useful links for players (List of universal commands, MGE/DB stats, VIP stuff, etc)?
A) Yes, scroll down.
Q) The server is full, and I can't connect. What can I do?
A) If the server is full, only VIP players can join as they have a reserved slot. To use the reserved slot, open the in-game console and type "connect <serverip>". Example: connect 193.221.192.0
Sometimes it may take a few tries to open a slot, you can use the "retry" command after using "connect <serverip>" to help rejoining quickly.
Q) I have another question, where can I get in contact with staff?
A) Our discord support channel is the quickest way to get in touch us.
Donations and VIP - FAQ
Q) Do you sell staff privileges?
A) No, we do not sell staff privileges. Only accepted staff members have mod permissions on the servers.

Q) I am banned. Could I pay a fine to be unbanned?
A) Yes, you can pay at the bottom of this page.
Note: We only allow for 1 second chance per punishment type (ban, mute, gag, sprayban). Further restrictions listed below.
Q) Why are players able to pay for unbans and ungags?
A) We believe in second chances, and if a player has been punished for something that isn't extreme (DDOS, doxxing, pedo, scamming, etc), they may be be given one chance to change their ways, either by waiting for over a year, or paying a fine (which goes towards server maintenance and development). If they rule break again, they'll just get permanently punishment again, having wasted their time or money
Q) Do you accept Steam items as donations?
A) Yes, we accept Steam items for their quicksell value in keys (1 key = 1 month VIP). Send a trade link here with details on the trade.
Q) Can I donate before my VIP time expires?
A) Yes, if you donate before your VIP time expires, the additional time will be correctly added to your existing VIP duration.
Q) I ordered a service on your servers, but I haven't received it yet!
A) We always strive to ensure that our users receive what they purchase. If you bought something and haven't received it within 48 hours, please reach out to a Lead Admin.
Q) I was banned while having VIP. Why did I get banned?
A) You may have been banned for abusing the permissions that you obtained as a VIP, despite being warned by an admin to stop. Please wait for your ban to expire, or appeal it here. You can check the ban duration here.
Q) I was banned while having VIP. Can I get a refund?
A) No, you were banned for abusing your VIP privileges. The responsibility for your actions lies solely with you, and not with the admin who banned you.
