Hello,
I would like to appeal my permanent ban from the UGC Trade Plaza server.
I recently discovered that a VPN was active on my computer while I was connected to the server. I was not intentionally using it to evade a ban, create a duplicate account, or break any server rules.
I only use the VPN for streaming services and did not realize it was still enabled at the time. If the VPN caused SourceSleuth to incorrectly flag my account as a duplicate account, I sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding.
I have a Lifetime VIP membership and have supported UGC because I enjoy playing on your servers. I would greatly appreciate it if my case could be reviewed manually, as I had no malicious intentions and was not attempting to bypass any restrictions.
I have since disabled the VPN and will make sure it is not active while playing on UGC servers in the future.
